A Song of Ascents. Out of the depths I have cried to you, LORD.
यात्रा का गीत हे यहोवा, मैंने गहरे स्थानों में से तुझको पुकारा है!

Lord, hear my voice. Let your ears be attentive to the voice of my petitions.
हे प्रभु, मेरी सुन! तेरे कान मेरे गिड़गिड़ाने की ओर ध्यान से लगे रहें!

If you, LORD, kept a record of sins, Lord, who could stand?
हे यहोवा, यदि तू अधर्म के कामों का लेखा ले, तो हे प्रभु कौन खड़ा रह सकेगा?

But there is forgiveness with you, therefore you are feared.
परन्तु तू क्षमा करनेवाला है, जिससे तेरा भय माना जाए।

I wait for the LORD. My soul waits. I hope in his word.
मैं यहोवा की बाट जोहता हूँ, मैं जी से उसकी बाट जोहता हूँ, और मेरी आशा उसके वचन पर है;

My soul longs for the Lord more than watchmen long for the morning, more than watchmen for the morning.
पहरुए जितना भोर को चाहते हैं, हाँ, पहरुए जितना भोर को चाहते हैं, उससे भी अधिक मैं यहोवा को अपने प्राणों से चाहता हूँ।

Israel, hope in the LORD, for there is loving kindness with the LORD. Abundant redemption is with him.
इस्राएल, यहोवा पर आशा लगाए रहे! क्योंकि यहोवा करुणा करनेवाला और पूरा छुटकारा देनेवाला है।

He will redeem Israel from all their sins.
इस्राएल को उसके सारे अधर्म के कामों से वही छुटकारा देगा।
