This church runs on people who turned up.
Nobody here is staff except the pastors. Everything else, from the first hello at the door to the last plate washed after lunch, is done by members who said yes to one small thing. Here are eight ways to connect and help. None of them is a step towards the stage; they are how people get known.

LOWC Sunday School helpers
Patient adults · During the Sunday services
Help run the children’s programme with our volunteers. Everyone on this team is known to the church and serves in pairs.

Worship team
Singers and musicians who are members · A midweek practice, then Sundays
The team is drawn from members the church already knows. If you sing or play, come to a practice and get to know them; the platform comes later, if at all, and never on the first week.

Anyone comfortable with a phone or laptop · Sunday mornings
Camera, sound, the YouTube stream, the photographs on this site. Learn on the job, beside someone who does it now.

Cooks and servers · After the 10:00 AM service
The church eats together every week. Help cook, serve, or clear up.

Food and clothing for families in a hard season, visits to older people who live alone.

Open your home to eight or twelve people, in Hindi or English. We provide the leader and the material.

Tell us who you are and what you would like to help with. The office replies on WhatsApp within a few days, and someone will meet you on a Sunday.
Helpers with children are always known to the church first, serve in pairs, and never work alone with a child.
