Why this initiative

North India has witnessed great harvests, but leadership has often come from outside.
The time has come to raise indigenous voices, rooted in North Indian soil and culture.
The barriers are plain: no indigenous leadership structures, limited exposure and mentoring, and no focused leadership institutions.

To cultivate a new generation of mission-driven leaders from North India, rooted in their soil, culture and values, and equipped to serve nationally and globally.

To build a robust, sustainable leadership ecosystem in North India by providing platforms, mentorship, training and exposure to aspiring leaders from diverse backgrounds.
