Ruth is being finished, the approval process, the written rules, and who at the church is responsible for it are being decided before anyone's photograph or phone number goes anywhere near it. That is deliberate: the whole point is that this is safer than the alternatives, and safety is not a part to build in a hurry.
It is launching in the Tricity first, people your own church can actually vouch for in person, not a wider net before that promise can be kept. Beyond the Tricity comes later, if it does.

How it is different
Who it is for
Christians in Zirakpur, Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula, eighteen and over, looking for a husband or a wife, introduced through their churches. A member or regular attender of The Light of the World Church, or of a church whose pastor confirms them in writing. Divorced and widowed welcome, stated plainly on the profile.
What is never asked
Caste, community, complexion, income and dowry have no field on a Ruth profile, not hidden, not optional, not there. Faith questions stand in their place: where you worship, whether you are baptised, and what you are actually looking for.
